LU – CSSF – Communication on EMIR Refit and publication of notification forms

On June 14, 2019, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier published a communication regarding EMIR Refit, including the notification forms to be used by market participants in relation to the clearing obligation and reporting exemptions.
